WHO is Brea Bead Works?
Coming from various backgrounds, Wendy was a graphic designer for the movie studios, and several other corporations, and Scott was Director of Marketing for Relax The Back, a nation wide ergonomic furniture company, both backgrounds helped create the concept of the store.
WHAT is Brea Bead Works?
We are a complete bead store that offers 5,000 sq ft of retail and workshop space. The selection of gemstones, pearls, stringing materials, seed beads, etc. will fit everyone's needs. With over 110 workshops held each quarter ranging from beading fundamentals to glass and metal work. Just about something for everyone. No other bead store in the Orange County offers the array of education and product selection.

WHY go into the bead store business?
Wendy had been into jewelry making for close to 20 years and being very creative. We all go through career and personal changes in our life's and the opportunity came to do something she really enjoyed. Hence, the concept of the bead store, but with her creative and business background combined with Scott's business background it just made for a solid foundation to start a retail business.
HOW will Brea Bead Works move forward?
As we are all aware it has been a challenging time for individuals, families and businesses. We have never taken for granite our customer base. Without giving the customers 110% of our time and effort would go against our mission. We are here to educate, inspire and to have fun!
We follow a detailed plan and mission everyday, and we have a great staff that supports us and the customer's day in, day out.
We strive to bring the finest products and workshops to the beaders of Southern California and if we don’t carry it, we will suggest other bead stores or craft centers in the area. It all makes for a better bead community.
