Our featured bead store this month is Double Joy Beads
Back in the mid 80's I went back to school to finish my degree in Fibers. My final project for my degree was wall pieces with beads on them. So started the love affair with beads.
One bead led to another and I started selling beads out of my home. One day my daughter Susan stated she was tired of working in the mall and we decided to open our store. Twenty some years later and one move we are still here.
Our store has one full wall of hand selected semi-precious beads and pearls. The other wall has a wonderful display of Swarovski crystal beads and flat back crystals. We have colors you will see almost no where else. Some of the colors we have were made up just for our store. Over the years, we have collected a huge selection of sterling and gold filled findings and beads. If we don't have it, we will try and find it for you.
We feel that beading is easy so ... we will teach you the basics on the spot in a matter of minutes. We’ll help you pick out the findings and Soft Flex beading wire for your project. We have a good selection of books to give you ideas as well as refresh and expand your beading skills. Most important of all, our staff is knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Also, we do small repairs and knotting.
