Our featured bead store this month is Creative Castle
Creative Castle opened its door in 1988 as a creative activities store for kids with jewelry making as one category. By the mid '90s the beading bug had taken over the store and Creative Castle was quickly becoming home to the largest assortment of beads in Ventura County California. New customers are wowed when they first walk in by the well-rounded collection of beads and findings as well as specialty items not always found in bead stores. Today, we carry a full line of seed beads, charlottes and Japanese cylinder beads as well as Czech glass beads, Swarovski crystal, semi-precious beads and fresh water pearls and assorted lampwork beads. Findings and charms in lead free pewter, sterling silver, brass and gold filled as well as Soft flex stringing materials, silk cord and wire make us a one stop shop for all your beading projects. We are also known for our large selection of tools, vintage beads and book corner of over 450 books and periodicals for both inspiration and information.

Our Creative Castle team is not only very talented in their own beading and jewelry making abilities, with several having published works in Beadwork magazine, but also extremely helpful with customers to meet their specific beading needs.
We offer a wide variety of classes for all levels of beaders, wire and sheet metal workers as well as private classes tailored to your individual needs.
