Use one color of wire to cut eight 4" pieces. Use a second color of wire to cut eight 4" pieces. You will have sixteen 4" pieces of wire in total.
String one wire through a loop on the ring base and make a knot in the middle. Repeat for all sixteen pieces, attaching two pieces of wire to each loop.
Use the edge of a pair of scissors to gently curl the end of each wire.
Trim any pieces that need to be tamed.
