1. All designers must have a copy of their Resale Certificate, Tax Id Number or Signed Resale Form on file before any discounts can be given. Click here to print out form BOE-230, General Resale Certificate(PDF).

4. You will receive either the wholesale discount or the monthly special. You will receive the better of the two prices, either the sale price or the wholesale discount, but not both.
