Free "Sample" consists of approximately 10 in. of each diameter of Soft Touch™ Wire in Original Steel Tone color, along with a brochure that gives further information regarding the recommended application of each of the diameters to various materials to be strung. If you place your order before noon, we do our very best to get it out to you the same day. We ship U.P.S., and leave it up to you what type of shipping (1-day, 2-day, 3-day, or ground which is 5-7 working days) you would like to have.
Do you have alternative Shipping methods to UPS?
Yes, you can also ship your items via U.S. Postal Priority Mail. To take advantage of this shipping method, type “PRIORITY MAIL, PLEASE” into the comment box when you submit your online order.

At Soft Flex Company, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, send it back to us in its original condition and packaging.

Please note that books, videos and DVDs are final sale. Items returned not in their original condition and packaging may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. If you are returning an item because of a mistake on our part, we will refund your return postage.

What are Cookies and how do I enable them?

Click on "Tools" at the top of the browser. Select "Internet Options" and click on the "Privacy" tab. Using the slider graphic, set it to "Medium'. Once you have checked that the correct privacy level is selected, click "OK" to close and exit the Internet Options menu.
Internet Explorer 5 or higher:
Click on "Tools" at the top of the browser. Select "Internet Options" and click on the "Security" tab. In the white box at the top, there is a blue-green Earth icon. This should be highlighted in blue, if not, click on the icon to highlight it. The section at the bottom of the box will be entitled "Security level for this zone". You will see a slider that sets the level of security. To use this site properly, "Medium" must be selected as the security level. Once you have checked that the correct security level is selected, click "OK" to close and exit the Internet Options menu.
Internet Explorer 4 or higher:
Click on " View " at the top of the browser. Select "Internet Options" and click on the "Security" tab. You will see a "Zone" line in which there is a small blue-green Earth icon labeled Internet. If this is not the case, click on the small black down triangle next to the Zone line and select it from the drop down list that appears. The section at the bottom of the box will be entitled "Internet Zone". You will see four level of security options. To use this site properly, "Medium" must be selected as the security level. You can do this by clicking in the radio button (small white circle) to the left. A black dot will appear in the middle of the radio button. Once you have checked that the correct security level is selected, click "OK" to close and exit the Internet Options menu.
Netscape Navigator 4 or higher:
Click on the "Edit" menu at the top of the browser, select "Preferences" from the drop down menu that appears. From the menu on the left, click on "Advanced". You will see is a box entitled "Cookies". Click in the radio button (small white circle) next to "Accept all cookies". A black dot inside the button indicates that this option is selected. Click on "OK" to close the Preferences menu.
