1. All designers and manufacturers must have a copy of their Resale Certificate, Tax Id Number or Signed Resale Form on file before any discounts can be given. Click here to print out form BOE-230, General Resale Certificate(PDF).

3. Discounts or adjustments are made at the time your order is pulled and processed. The website will not automatically show these adjustments. You will be charged the discounted price and you will receive an updated invoice in your package with the correct price(s) listed.

4. You will receive either the wholesale discount or the monthly special. You will receive the better of the two prices, either the sale price or the wholesale discount, but not both.
