Order Placement. Step-by-step.

Shopping online can be daunting if you have never ordered from a website before. This step-by-step walkthrough will instruct you how to order a product, remove an item, and reduce the quantity of an item in your shopping cart.

1) That pair of Micro Crimping Pliers is a must have. Click on the photo of the pliers and you will be taken to the detail page. From here, you can see information about the pliers. Towards the center of the page, you will notice a "Qty" field. Put a 1 in there. This will indicate the amount you would like to order. Now click "Add to Cart".

2) Now that you have learned to order an item. Let's search for something else. The "Shop by Category" logo at the top of the screen will drop down a selection menu, hover your mouse pointer over it. You will now see what items you can browse by category. You know you want some Topaz to finish a bracelet. Let's go to search so we can make this quicker. Click on the "Search" graphic to the right of the screen. Now Type in Topaz in the search field and click "Search".

3) You should now be looking at your search results. Let's say you want Lemon Topaz, but would like to see some of the other stones from the search results. Clicking on the name of the stone (the left hand column) will take you to the item detail page where you can view a photo and review that particular products information. If you are not enchanted with the item, the back button on your browser will return you to the search page. You can also click on "Topaz" on the right hand side of the screen to return you to that stone's category list.

4) You have found the perfect Lemon Topaz. This time, in the "Qty" field, let's add 2, instead of 1. Click "Add to Cart". We will now be back at the shopping cart page. Reviewing the page, we see the Micro Crimping Pliers and Lemon Topaz.

5) As much as you would like purchasing two Lemon Topaz hanks. Let's say we put off buying one for a later date. From the cart, it is possible to make changes to your purchases. In the quantity field for the Lemon Topaz, change the 2 value to one. Now click "Update Cart", this will reduce the amount.

6) So now we are left with one pair of Micro Crimping Pliers and one hank of Lemon Topaz. At this point, you realize you are not going to be using any 1mm crimps in your design and the Micro Crimpers are unnecessary. In order to clear that purchase, you will use the same steps as you did when you reduced the quantity of the Topaz. Simply replace the 1 in the quantity field with a zero. Click "Update Cart". You will now only see the Lemon Topaz in the cart.

7) It is time to check out. Click the "CheckOut" button and let's start the process. If you have an account with us, sign in, in the "Returning Customer" fields. If this is your first time purchasing with us, click on the "New Customer?" sign up.

8) Check out is a five step process. First, review the items you are purchasing, if there are any discrepancies, click the back button. If not, review the shipping address; make sure you want your order delivered to this address. If you want the purchase to be shipped elsewhere, make the changes and click the "Re-Calculate Shipping" button. Now, select your shipping preference - ground, 3 day, air, etc. The third step is your payment, we accept Visa and MasterCard, enter your information here. Step four is a spot where you can drop us a special note or comment regarding the order. Step five finalizes the order. Click the "Place Your Order" button and your package will be assembled and shipped.

9) No instructional dialogue can be complete without this final and most important step: enjoy!

Adding items to your cart

Have you found a bead you can't live without? Adding products to your shopping cart is easy. Simply click on the item you are interested in, this will take you to the product page. The product page will give you a full rundown on the item, from description - to weight and size. Our "Buy More and Save" table will show you our discount ranges, the higher the volume, the bigger the savings. Enter the quantity you are purchasing in the "Qty" field and then click "Add to Cart". The product will now be in your cart; you can continue shopping or check out.
 

Removing items from your cart

Did a different crimper catch your eye and now you don't need the one you already added to your cart? You can easily remove items from your cart at any point while you are shopping; simply click the "Shopping Cart" button on the upper right-hand corner of the page. Once the Shopping Cart page has loaded, you will see all of the items that you have selected. Find the product you no longer need and reduce the quantity in the "Quantity" field to zero. Clicking the "Update Cart" button will now remove the product from the cart. If you would like to keep shopping, click the "Continue Shopping" button and it will return you back to the product list. If you have completed your shopping, click "CheckOut" and your sale will be finalized.
 

Reducing the number of items in your cart

If you have added two rolls of Soft Flex Wire to your cart, but realize you would rather buy one for now, you can easily reduce the quantity in your cart at any point while you are shopping. Click the "Shopping Cart" button on the upper right-hand corner of the page. Once the Shopping Cart page has loaded, you will see all of the items that you have selected. Find the product you would like to reduce and in the "Quantity" field, change this number to the value you are interested in. Clicking the "Update Cart" button will change amount in your cart. If you would like to keep shopping, click the "Continue Shopping" button and it will return you back to the product list. If you have completed your shopping, click "CheckOut" and your sale will be finalized.


Using a coupon

If you have been provided with a coupon code, you will be able to enjoy the discount by entering the coupon information in the coupon field prior to checking out. Look at the bottom of your shopping cart; enter your code in the field provided. Click the "Update cart with coupon" button. This will grant you a discount, provided that the coupon's restrictions have been met.
 

Search by keyword

If you would like to find a briolette or teal bead, using our keyword search will enable you to find what you are looking for quickly. Click the "Search" logo on the upper right-hand corner of the page. Enter the single keyword you are interested in searching for. Click the "Search" button. The search results page will display all of the findings. The name column displays the product's ID. The description and price fields are to the right of that. The name of each product on this page is clickable and will take you to the product's page. The product page will display all of the information regarding the item. You can also add the product to your cart. The back button on your browser will take you back to the search results page if the item you have clicked on is not what you were searching for.
 

Registration

Once you have completed your shopping and have reviewed the cart to make sure your order is correct, click the "CheckOut" button. If you are a returning visitor to our site, you will be prompted to log in. If this is your first time shopping with us, you will be asked to register. Registration is quick and easy, simply the supply the information in the fields on the Account Details page. From the registration page, you can also opt to join our mailing list. None of the information you provide will be sold, sent or given to any other parties. Once you have been added as a customer in our database, you will then need only to log in to the site the next time you order.
 

Changing your account information

Have you moved recently or need to make an adjustment to your account? The information you provided when you registered can be updated or changed. Click in the "My Account" graphic on the upper right-hand side of the screen. If you are not logged in, you will be prompted to login to make the changes. If you are logged in, you will be taken to the Account Details page. Make any necessary changes. To finalize, click the "Update info and continue" button. You should now see a Customer Update Successful display. You will also receive an email with your updated information.
