We'll be happy to issue you a full refund or exchange when the item is returned to us within 45 days from the date of your purchase.

Please note that books, videos and DVDs are final sale. Items returned not in their original condition and packaging may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. If you are returning an item because of a mistake on our part, we will refund your return postage.
